How the association handles personal information collected for the resident portal.
The resident portal of My Home Navadweepa is a private service for owners and tenants. Personal information collected for portal access is used only for resident verification and communication by the association, and is never sold or shared with third parties.
01What we collect
When residents register for the portal we ask for basic details — name, block and unit, contact information and proof of ownership or tenancy — only as needed to confirm that you belong to the community.
02How it is used
Information is used solely for resident verification, community communication and association administration. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
03How it is protected
Access to resident information is limited to the association office bearers who need it to run community services.
04Your choices
You can ask the association to correct or remove your details at any time by writing to enquiry@myhomenavadweepa.com.
